DFS Retail Operations Managers provide hands-on, on-site management and oversight of drycleaning operations within a store.  They:

• Provide on-site training for new store openings.
  

• Provide ongoing training support for customer service staff and store management.
  

• Validate that quality control and on-time delivery requirements are being met.
  

• Perform store-level inventory control
  

• Provide quarterly business reviews with store management.
  

• Manage proper execution of in-store marketing.
  

• Manage the relationship between the DFS plant and the store.
